Elderly individuals seek a peaceful life, good health, dignity, economic independence, and a sense of warmth. They want to feel among their own. They long for care, love, and understanding. Understanding their needs and concerns ensures their well-being, while providing emotional support contributes to their good mood, which is essential for a healthy and fulfilling life.
Shared apartments allow residents to retain a sense of belonging and security, similar to a family environment. The option to furnish apartments with personal belongings further creates an atmosphere that feels “like home.”
Our Facility is intended for elderly individuals who wish to live in an environment suited to their age, as well as for those seeking a sense of security and belonging rather than primary care.
Personalized services are available in the Facility, including cleaning, laundry, maintenance services, and medication delivery. These services are designed to meet the specific needs of residents, providing them with comfort and convenience in daily life.
A variety of leisure activities, offering opportunities to connect with other residents, are an integral part of our concept. These include concert and theater events, sports activities, nature excursions, hiking, educational courses, and access to an in-house library. These activities are designed to enrich the daily lives of residents, providing them with opportunities for entertainment, education, and socialization.
To fully utilize the diverse offerings of „Kolubara OMNI“ Premium, it is necessary to arrange a contract, which consists of:

To ensure comprehensive care, each resident needs to sign a care contract. The type of service and care costs are determined individually and are precisely regulated by the contract. Through detailed consultations and evaluation of each resident, we provide high-quality service.
We have integrated a quality management system into our operations, and the opening, functioning, and documentation alignment of the facility are based on German care models and standards. Each resident is approached individually, depending on the level of care needed.
We place great importance on collaboration and information exchange, both within the care team and with the resident’s family and relatives, physicians of various specialties, physiotherapists, and all professionals involved in the care process. Our work is constantly evaluated to maintain and improve medical, nursing, and social expertise.
Continuous education of our employees is a key goal of our facility and is of utmost importance for providing high-quality service. Our employees are the foundation of high-quality care, and their qualities include openness, transparency, dedication, respect, and collegiality.
Each potential resident can choose from several categories of apartments:
Category A: 27 rooms, each with an area of 25 square meters.
Category B: 21 rooms, each with an area of 35 square meters.
Category C: Two apartments with separate living and sleeping areas; one of 50 square meters and one of 40 square meters.
These options allow residents to select an apartment that best suits their needs and preferences in terms of space and comfort.
The standard apartment furnishings include a high-quality nursing bed, a bedside table, and a wardrobe, with an additional option to bring in personal furniture to make the space more welcoming and create a homely feel. This flexibility allows residents to personalize their space and adapt it to their needs and taste.
The apartments are also equipped with a modern „easy-access“ bathroom with a shower, SOS buttons for emergencies, telephone and cable connections, and an LCD television. The easy-access bathroom is designed for ease of entry and use, particularly suited to individuals with reduced mobility. This type of bathroom typically includes a barrier-free shower area, grab bars for additional support, and low-threshold or walk-in options that enable safe and comfortable access to all bathroom elements. This equipment provides comfort, safety, and connectivity, enhancing the overall sense of comfort and security for residents.
Each guest has access to common areas and dining rooms, offering opportunities to enjoy various activities. These spaces are designed to encourage socializing, relaxation, and active engagement, creating a pleasant and dynamic atmosphere for all residents.
The design of all apartments has been carefully considered to accommodate the limited mobility of older individuals while promoting a sense of freedom and allowing unrestricted movement. All floors, as well as access to the courtyard, are connected by passenger and freight elevators. This convenience allows easy movement within the facility for both residents and staff, providing straightforward access to all parts of the building, including outdoor areas.
High-quality care involves providing exceptionally attentive, professional, and comprehensive services that meet the highest standards. This includes a personalized approach, expertise and qualifications, safety and comfort, hygiene maintenance, and emotional support.
High-quality care enables residents to live with dignity, comfort, and full respect for their needs and wishes. It contributes to their overall well-being and provides support in all aspects of their lives.
A skilled medical team, including two doctors, a head nurse, nurses, a physical therapist, and caregivers, provides daily rounds, care, and treatment for residents. The facility also offers extended treatment services, which involve long-term medical and rehabilitative care for patients who cannot fully recover in a short period. Upon request and as needed, the facility can also arrange consultations with specialist doctors.
Social support plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents. Our social worker is always available to assist each resident, helping them adjust to their new living conditions and maintain contact with family and friends through phone, video calls, or visits to reduce feelings of loneliness and improve connections with loved ones. They also provide support in overcoming life’s challenges when needed.
Meals include all essential food groups—proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals. Special emphasis is placed on fiber, vitamin D, calcium, and protein intake. Nutrition is often tailored to the individual needs of residents, considering conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, digestive issues, and other health conditions. Additionally, some elderly individuals may have difficulties with chewing or swallowing, so food is prepared in suitable textures (ground, pureed).
Due to the decreased sense of thirst in elderly people, we pay special attention to hydration. Water, juices, teas, and soups are regularly offered.
Strict hygiene and cleanliness standards apply to all aspects of care, including personal hygiene, room cleanliness, and hygiene of residents’ personal laundry and clothing.
You don’t have to worry about washing and maintaining personal laundry and clothing, as all of this is handled in the facility’s laundry room.
A professional approach to laundry care helps maintain hygiene, comfort, and satisfaction for residents. All these activities are carried out with attention to residents’ needs and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
We also consider aesthetics—hairdressing and pedicure services are available for all our residents.
