The operating license from the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran, and Social Affairs was granted to the Kolubara OMNI Premium Retirement Home on October 7, 2020.
A modern, fast road leads to our Senior Care Facility, located just an hour’s drive from the capital. Now, all roads lead to us.
It is very important to us that our residents enjoy a beautiful environment and fresh air. That’s why we pay special attention to the landscaping.
Our Facility—yours as well—is situated in a stunning area with walking paths, a large fountain, a park, and numerous benches for relaxation.
Along the entire roof structure, we have created a spacious terrace, a true ecological oasis, offering a view of the city and the Valjevo mountains.
When we envisioned what a senior care facility should look like and offer, we started with one question: what kind of home would we want for the elderly members of our own family? We realized that quality, not quantity, is paramount. That’s why warmth, joy, laughter, entertainment, and peace are the focus in our facility.
Our facility has a capacity to accommodate up to 100 residents. We have taken special care to address the different habits, routines, and needs of our residents. Each floor has a lounge with amenities tailored to each category of residents. The main dining room on the ground floor is dedicated to meal service, celebrations of all kinds, and educational programs.
There are 27 rooms of 25 square meters each, 21 rooms of 35 square meters each, and two apartments, one measuring 50 square meters and the other 40 square meters.
The standard apartment amenities include an innovative nursing bed designed specifically for the needs of elderly residents or those with specific health requirements, featuring advanced functions for enhanced comfort, safety, and functionality, along with a bedside table and a spacious built-in wardrobe for each resident. Apartments can also be furnished with personal furniture, so your loved ones can feel at home, among their own.
The combination of age-appropriate design, a sense of independence, and luxury is present in every corner of our facility.

The Minister of Labor, Employment, Veteran, and Social Affairs, Zoran Đorđević, in the presence of Mayor Lazar Gojković, presented the operating license to the new “Kolubara OMNI Premium” Senior Care Facility in Valjevo.
“The capacity of this facility, built to the most modern standards, accommodates up to 100 residents. This is very important for this city, as it faced challenges in providing accommodation for its elderly citizens. Residents will receive adequate care, have access to recreation, and be able to enjoy cultural activities. In addition, the opening of this facility has created new opportunities for qualified professionals,” Đorđević said.
The Minister emphasized that the ministry is actively committed to improving the living conditions of all social care beneficiaries, which includes the renovation of existing facilities and the construction of new ones for their accommodation.
He also announced the future opening of a state-owned senior care facility in Valjevo. According to him, a construction project is in place but has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“The cooperation between the local government and my department is at a high level, and we aim to continue this in the upcoming period,” Đorđević concluded.
